Lists · Last updated 3 October 2026

In short: the app only stores what it needs to show the list – the list's name, its items and who added them and when. No sign-in, no tracking, no ads. You can delete a list at any time, and lists that aren't used are deleted automatically after a year.

Who is responsible for the data?

The app is run by robbo.se, the data controller. Send any questions about your data to info@robbo.se.

What is stored?

DataWhy
Your name or nicknameShown to the others on the items you add. You choose what to enter – a first name or nickname is enough.
The list's name and colorTo show the right list in the right color.
The items: text, whether they are checked and their orderThe whole point of the app.
When an item was addedShown on the item, so everyone can see how old it is.
When the list was last changedSo lists nobody uses any more can be deleted.

We do not store email addresses, phone numbers, your location or how you use the app. Don't put sensitive information on the list – anyone with the link can read it.

Who can see the data?

Everyone who has a list's share link can see and change the list, and see the name of whoever added each item. The link contains a long random code that can't be guessed, and other people's lists can't be searched for or listed. So only share the link with the people who should see the list.

Where is the data stored?

How long is the data kept?

Legal basis

The data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): so that you and the people you share the list with can use the same list. The data isn't used for anything else.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Often the easiest way is to remove your items or delete the list. You can also email info@robbo.se. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can contact the Swedish data protection authority, IMY.
